A great base for exploring Fuerteventura.
A great base for exploring Fuerteventura. We initially only planned a short visit to the island - almost a tick it off the Canary Islands list - as guide books are all about the beaches and they don't really appeal to us (sunburn and sunstroke!!) However, there was far more to do on the island than we originally thought. The island has clearly developed the idea of torism based on the history of the people living there with a number of museums to help visitors understand their lives - fascinating stuff.

Lovely little village to wander around during the day or night ..few shops, chemist, small well stocked supermarket, yummy bakery and a few places to eat.. easy distance to explore other little villages close by.

Very isolated and off the beaten track, but only 20 minutes by car from Caleta or 10 from Antigua. Ideal for what we wanted. Pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend.

The shared pool is great! It was nice to have a BBQ as well. Supermarket, cafés and restaurants are in Antigua, 20 min on foot. We had a pleasant stay!
