Bismarck was an unexpected gem. We had originally planned to spen just 3 night there but ended up staying for 5. It was a great location for visiting the Standing Rock Reservation but also had its own attractions, such as the Heritage Centre

Very clean room. Very friendly staff. I loved the pressure of the shower. The price was perfect for my need. The bed was amazing, very comfortable. All in all, a very clean healthy atmosphere. My parents and I stayed in a two bedroom suite, which had two separate bathrooms and their own private bathrooms. There was a full kitchen and living room. SUCH a reasonable rate too!! The breakfast was decent. Staff was kind, wonderful and helpful. There were options for snacks and drinks, including some alcoholic beverages. There was a lovely little courtyard with a fire-pit and grill. Loved this hotel! Will stay there every time I’m in Bismarck.

This was the first time we ever stayed at Expressway Suites, and we wish they had other locations. The building is surrounded by beautiful plants, with no weeds to be found. The white ceiling paint met the grey wall paint precisely. The carpet looked new, and was put in in-line with the walls. The toiletries were really nice. Both front desk people we met were friendly. The sheets are poly-cotton, not the horrid microfibre ones you find in other places. Typical hotel noise.
