Kitchen staff showed up late
Had a family situation and had to leave early but staff refused to help with refund. So for one night was charged for two days.
Won’t stay there again and will tell my fellow masons not to stay there.

There is nothing in Waco.
There is nothing in Waco. You can visit the Chip and Joanne things but cannot afford anything. You can visit the shops downtown and still cannot afford anything. Prices are too high and not much to do or see. Would not recommend going to Waco.

We started our day with a couple hours at the Cameron Park Zoo and ended with a tour of the Dr. Pepper Museum. Both were great values for our budget and also very interesting. Little kids probably wouldn't love the Dr. Pepper Museum, but it was toddler time at the zoo.

Very interesting place with much to see.
Very interesting place with much to see. The Dr Pepper and the Texas Ranger museums were really interesting. Of course the Magnolia area was great also. Taking a tour of the city gives you loads of information. Very enjoyable.

We went to visit Magnolia and that is what we got.
We went to visit Magnolia and that is what we got. We did all things Magnolia, found an awesome church to go to on Sunday and even went to the Dr. Pepper museum. We had a great time and everything we did was within 3-5 miles of our hotel!

We were visiting Thursday-Sunday primarily for a Baylor...
We were visiting Thursday-Sunday primarily for a Baylor Athletic Event. Friday we had breakfast reservations at Magnolia Table (EXCELLENT!), note: they do not take Saturday reservations and are closed Sundays. We ate in the dining room Friday and got takeaway on Saturday. Spent Friday at the Silos, a wonderful day for all ages. Thoughtfully designed with unique shopping and food options. We paid to park in a lot next door but there was lots of street parking a bit farther for free. Spent time in all stores and loved Jimmy Don's metal shop across the street from the Silos across from the Church end of the Silos. Magnolia Bakery and First Press coffee shop were well worth the visit. We ate dinner at Rudy's (just ok) for BBQ and George's a second night (great bar, pub fare affordable and delish drinks and food, eat in the bar area or outdoor seating, lots of action to see going on all around). Saturday toured the area a bit, saw Cottonwood Castle, and visited Spice Market boutiques...great rainy day activity (it was perfect weather but I felt a bit bad being indoors) tons of vendors, and interesting stuff. Toured and saw a sporting event at Baylor, a great time, a nice campus, a beautiful bookstore. Lots of AirBnbs and VRBOs are available in the area, many are former Fixer Upper homes of Chip and Joanna's...would not stay in a hotel next time, too many cooler options. The negative about Waco: SO many highways, big and small, kind of crazy short and speedy merging requirements, lots of fast drivers in big 'ol trucks.
Pivovar was near absolutely everything, which allowed us to walk to everything Magnolia and the Dr. Pepper Museum. The staff were wonderful and accommodating, too. We arrived a few hours before check-in, but they allowed us to still park in their hotel lot. They also give you a complimentary coupon for a free beer at their restaurant upon arrival (which was delicious, by the way). Overall, it was a wonderful experience and if when we visit Waco again, we will be sure to stay here!
For the price, the suite rooms are a spectacular bargain. You get a room and a living area with full pull out couch for the price of some other standard rooms.
We had a problem with our keycard not working on our door several times. But the the guy on night duty went out of his way to get it fixed and in the morning the operations manager compensated us. Even though getting locked out of your hotel room is pretty bad, I was impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff was.
We went for BU graduation, which is a little further from campus than the normal hotel but still close enough to hop in the car and get there in 15 minutes. Located right down the road from the Homestead Settlement which is a MUST visit spot for Waco. The property set up is really cool, room was huge, loved the set up with the couch area and kitchenette area. They have wine openers and glasses ready for guests! Lovely property and owners.
Nice, clean, kitchen, comfortable seating areas, quiet, bedrooms were comfortable, master bath and walk-in closet, washer and dryer, deck seating area everything rocked. If you are looking for somewhere close to the Northern edge of Waco that feels like you are out in the quiet on a farm, but within 15 minutes of fast food and a Cracker Barrel this is a great choice. Management responded quickly when I had questions.
I loved the layout of the rooms. You had a outside vanity area with a sink so a lady could put on her make up without getting a steamy shower fog from her husband. We could also put our son to bed and close the door to the outside suite and watch a movie and share some wine without keeping him awake. We love this layout, and we will continue to make this our go-to hotel anytime we visit Waco.
If you want a hotel with a big flashy lobby, and a big flashy gym, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel with absolutely stunning rooms, this is the place for you. Amazing room, superbly appointed, huge comfortable bed, masses of room, and unbelievably furniture and copper bath tub. One of the top 3 hotel rooms we've stayed in anywhere in the world.
We loved the room and hotel. The location is close to Magnolia Market and tons of fast food places. The hotel is newer and clean. The room was cold when we got inside and ready for us to relax. We loved the pool table to play on and snack area to make purchases for a late night sweet tooth. We’d stay here again.
The room was very nice since it was remodeled. They are still working on the hotel a bit so it was a little torn apart, but still very nice. The staff was SO nice and friendly. We felt safe in our room and around the hotel, nice area! The room was spacious and had a couch also. The beds were comfortable!
I like the location, price, breakfast inclusion, the room size, parking and most of all the receptionist and kitchen staff. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. I prefer this hotel to my stay with Comfort Suites and will return.
This hotel is new and beautiful. Very well-kept and great atmosphere. It is very clean. You are close to restaurants, downtown Waco, Baylor, Magnolia and more. We really liked this place and plan on using it again when we come back.
Everything! Service, room, beds etc was absolutely fantastic! They bend over to give us good service when we needed it. They had issues with guest laundry but helped us out as soon as they could!!
I needed a getaway from home since my air conditioning unit stopped operating. My room was nice and cool. Front desk personnel very personable. Everyone very attentive to my needs.
The hotel is good for a night in Waco. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Breakfast included and sufficient. Small little indoor pool available. Free and sufficient parking spots available.
The room is clean, the bed is ok, the breakfast just fine maybe fruits, muffin will be great. The staff are friendly. The location to Baylor is perfect.
