Macher is a small village but you can find there everything you need: supeermarket, restaurants, gas station It is very peaceful place, perfect to relax. Location is very convinient: in the middle of the island- 30 minutes drive to Playa Papagayo or to Mirador del Rio. Whenether you want to go you will get there quickly.RafalPoland - 10Scored 10
A lovely town with everything you need accessible.
A lovely town with everything you need accessible. It was more remote and away from the tourist places like Puerta del Carmen and Playa Blanca. There is a beautiful marine with restaurants nearby, which I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Macher is well placed if you want some peace and quiet but...
Macher is well placed if you want some peace and quiet but handy for visiting Puerto del Carmen & Puerto Calero as well being central for trips to the rest of the island. About a mile away is the lovely coast path between the two above resorts which are also linked by a regular boat service. There is also a lovely local tapas bar in the next village.

The room was beautifully furnished - it’s even nicer than on the pictures. You will need a car, as there is so much to do on the island, and this hotel is close to everything. The house, the location, the pool everything was incredible it is definetely the best place to stay if you want to relax and really enjoy Lanzarote life. In the common area there is a barbecue and a coffee machine (that definitely made the difference for our breakfasts). The place is less than 10 minutes from Puerto del Carmen and is a good starting point for many excursions in Lanzarote. Sarah is a super nice host. We only stayed 4 nights but we wish we could stay more.

Bed was comfy The room was quiet, even with planes flying overhead. Amazing pizza restaurant down the street.
