Don’t usually give a score of 10 for a motel but couldn’t fault the Golden West in Miles it exceeded expectations. The lady at check in was really friendly and helpful, the room spotless, location great all in all great place for overnight stop.

Everything was awesome in our room and it's close to everything you need. And also the Manger is very nice and polite 😊 And also it's pet friendly especially. Myself and my Auntie stayed , will go back to stay again.

The place seemed very modern and the room was a good size. The motel was an easy walk to the centre. It was located some distance from the highway, so we weren't disturbed by passing vehicles. Would stay there again.

    Any motel that has a dog who walks you to your room is a winner! Molly is such a sweet girl. Her parents aren’t bad either and made us feel very welcome. The room was more than we expected with the little kitchen area…made it easy for us to get prepared for the next days travel. It’s a very easy walk to the pub for dinner and the other shops. I highly recommend.

    The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was a small kitchen area with an extra sink & a microwave, as well as crockery & cutlery. The owners were friendly and gave me suggestions on where to find dinner and what to see in the town. The motel is an easy walk to pubs for food, and to the Miles historical village.

    Pet friendly (thank you), friendly owner, nice clean modern room & bathroom, good layout, kitchenette with microwave & toaster, aircon great, parking directly outside the room, location good (on the highway, but minimal noise). Additional parking out the back, pool (bit cool this time, but looked very clean & inviting). Definitely recommend.
