United StatesThe hotel is a small family run affair on the sixth floor of a high rise. It has an excellent location and the owners were extremely friendly and cooperative with special requests. We ended up hiring a car and driver from them to move around the sights at a reasonable price. They provided us with lots of advice based on their local knowledge. The bonus was a washer in the room. Clothes could be dried easily with the hangers by the window. I will likely return to this city next year and if so, I will be staying at the same exact place.

ItalyComfortable hotel at a great location. The owner was super nice, provided me with tips and recommendations for the city, helped with train pick up, and speaks great English. Other staff that doesn't speak English is still super helpful as they have a great attitude (and decent translation apps lol). The city was also surprisingly nice - if I would have known I'd have stayed another night!
