Very friendly hosts. They have beautiful garden. Make sure to walk around their property. We were welcomed by a Toucan bird that was singing on one of the trees. We had the tastiest breakfast in Costa Rica. Room was quiet, spotless clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was fantastic and very generous. Our host was very kind and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure chatting with Eliette. We absolutely loved having so much nature on our doorstep. We spent a lot of time on our balcony with our children, taking it slow and enjoying life :) There is a lot to do near Bijagua, despite what people say. We stayed 3 nights and would have enjoyed an extra one at least !

So comfortable, kind hosts, huge delicious breakfast included with the stay. Towel included. Very clean property, including the dorm area and washroom. A friendly cat on the property. Plenty of space to hang your clothes to dry-which is needed when staying in the middle of a rainforest!

We spent some incredible days. The place is all nature. The view of the forest is beautiful, with lots of birds during the day, and at night we heard some nocturnal bird calls, although we didn't hear them, but the sound was astonishing. Fresh and healthy food is produced on the farm and in the garden. The river is very clean and crystal-clear, and the trails are beautiful. Here you can rest and sleep soundly. We were able to ride horses, even though it rained a little, which was lovely. The horses are noble and healthy. I'll be back soon to see the tree we planted. The entire farm will soon be a forest; they have a good forest regeneration program.
