We wanted to visit Spain for the Olive Oil harvest and pressing this year, and Banos De La Encina was perfect for this. This 3-bedroom apartment was absolutely amazing. Very clean, and close to everything we wanted to see in the area. There are olive trees as far as the eye can see. The roof-top terrace was perfect to take in the sight of the castle and sunrise/sunsets. There is a bakery and coffee bar within walking distance, but it's also easy to walk to the grocery stores and sites of Banos as well. You will need to be ready for stairs and hills because this town is hilly. We brought provisions and cooked in the kitchen every day, usually breakfast or an early dinner, but you will need to bring whatever spices you like to cook with or pick some up at the local market.

Very private and has an amazing view of the olive groves and castle. Laura was a very kind and attentive host. Excellent place to stay while visiting this charming little town.
