House was extraordinarily cute with an amazing view. All the info was very easily laid out and the house was super clean. The wood stove was all set up for us upon arrival and worked very well. Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage right in the heart of the village. The location was perfect — just steps from everything, yet peaceful and quiet. Inside, the space was spotlessly clean, beautifully modern, and surprisingly spacious with lots of natural light. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket, which was such a thoughtful touch, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with high-quality toiletries. The private courtyard was a real gem — a sunny little haven that made it so easy to unwind and relax. Overall, everything about our stay was comfortable and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway!

    Location - great to be on edge of central part of town near to path networks, cleanliness- felt at home the minute we entered the apartment, kitchen space-well equipped and easy to work in when preparing home cooked food.

    Great location, the view from the windows is just gorgeous. The hot tub (the reason for booking), even thought it’s shared it wasn’t a problem and was very welcome after a day out and about. Good quality one as well. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom and neat wee kitchen. What they are doing with the space/grounds is braw. Well done!!

    from the outside a typical old Scottish stone house but inside completely modern equipped with underfloor heating, modern bathrooms and a great kitchen. In the garden a Hottube. This was absolutely great because the weather was nasty in our Ballater Week.
