Self-Catering Accommodations in Isle of Gigha

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, and great living environment.

Stylish and well kitted out accommodation in a great location. We loved exploring the island and swimming in the sea at the nearby beach.

Joe and Hannah's yurt was located by the main intersection in the center of Gigha, behind their shop and The Nook (Joe himself is also a talented chef!). I stayed four nights and it was the perfect homebase for me to explore the island on bike. The yurt was well-equipped with comfy beds, cookware and utensils, power outlet, high-speed internet (fast enough for Zoom calls), and a wood-burning fireplace. I also had access to my own mini fridge and freezer in the adjacent shed as well as a clean bathroom a few steps away in the main house. I enjoyed waking up the birdsong in the mornings and making a toasty fire in the evenings. I can’t wait to be back!
