The property is in central location, close to the beach and 200meters from the Monemvasia bridge. It was clean and well equipped with coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron and hotel amenities (shampoo, shower gel, slippers). It was very cozy with nice decoration and the owner paid attention to detail. The owner (Dimitris) is very kind and helpful. He welcomed us with a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine and waters and in the end he gave us a small souvenir gift as well. If we go again to Monemvasia, it will be our first choice.

Very nice host. The room and the facilities were very good. Everything spotless. Big bathroom, which made a difference. Parking available on the property. We had eggs, beers and oranges waiting for us in the fridge, which were very welcome.

very good location , silence , very polite welcoming, it looks very common from outside but once you see the castle from distance you realize were you are. if you wake up and watch the sunrise it well be spectacular, once in a life time view.

Located conveniently close to the old town, and with a beautiful view of the giant Monemvasia rock and the ocean. Very easy to access and has a good and secure parking area. The room was clean and relatively well equipped for a studio apartment. The lady at the front desk is nice and made extra effort to accommodate our late arrival. We spent two full days exploring the Monemvasia old town and the upper town (on the top of the rock) and were always very happy to return to the apartment after a long day of hiking and exploring. Also free 24 hour coffee and bottles of water was very nice.

    View from room terrace of Monemvasia is stunning ( Upper bungalows,number 18) although terrace is small. Pool is great and lovely views from the deck. Cleaned daily. Beautiful planting around the bungalows. Great location, easy to walk to newer town restaurants etc. Kids room good size,2 singles,aircon and TV. Kitchen quite well equipped although hob tucked in corner a bit awkward. Staff great.

    Property was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Of particular not, the kitchen was very well equipped and bathroom was smart. Bedrooms were comfortable and the property was quiet. Also, only about 50m from a lovely beach!

    We have spent 5 great days at the property.Location is amazing, directly at the lonely beach, you sleep hearing the waves and breath the fresh sea air, sun raises in front of your eyes. Both beds are very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace. Many cafes and tavernas, supermarket nearby. Friendly and thoughtful host. Thanks a lot. Everything was too

    Clean and comfortable apartment with parking in the backyard, 10 min walk from the pier, 40 min walk from the castle. A small kitchen with basic equipment, large rooms, a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. Maria's hospitality and warm attitude towards the guests make the vacation complete.
