Wonderful location, clean, well equipped rooms, and the communal area; comfortable bed. Communication with Marco went very well. I was able to drop off my luggage early, and to my surprise, my room was almost ready, with just 10 minutes waiting while making myself espresso in the kitchen/communal area. There is no need to explain how appreciated by travelers the opportunity to check in early.

The Warm Welcome of Claudio, he is a great gentleman, with a warmth Smile and all the details he gave me through my stay. EVERYTHING was perfect during my stay. Close to the Vatican City and Museum, you can reach the Vatican city through bus within 10 minutes. Excellent Location with a balcony room and much more facilities. We loved our balcony. Sat out there each night with a glass of wine after a long day. Since it was our anniversary they did give us a complimentary bottle of wine. Which was thoughtful. Bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Great location. La Base across the road is so good we ate there twice

There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
