Allison and Ron were such kind and lovely hosts. The space was very comfortable with two couches, a gas fire place which I loved sitting next to and reading a book, and a nice dining area. The bed and bathroom were great as well. It was a short trip to the national park for the alpine crossing. They very kindly gave me the fixings to make sandwiches for my hike the next day. If you're in this area, I highly recommend staying here.

The lodge had everything we need for our 2-nights stay to explore and hike nearby. Its indeed seems the hosts thought about everything. They even included some breakfast groceries which was lovely addon :) thanks very much!

Clean, tidy and had all the essential facilities. We stayed here for 2 nights to complete the tongariro alpine crossing. The spa pool and sauna is a must try after a long hiking stay.

    Ideal for short stays. It has a compostable toilet, for those who have never had experience it might be difficult to accept. It is fully equipped, it does not have a kitchen, just a microwave, a fridge and an external grill, it is better to get food that is not to be cooked on the stove, as if it rains the external grill cannot be used.

    The view was incredible, the hot tub amazing and the the cabin itself a dream. We loved the pool table, piano and the kitchen and pantry were very spacious and a joy to cook in.

    This accomodation object is located in nice village, about 30 min. drive to Tongariro National Park. It is managed by private owners, the are very nice and helpfull. Room was nice, well equipped and clean. I was possible to use shared-fridge and kitchen. Breafast was pretty modest, but very tasty. Parking is possible outside the building and it's free of charge.
