Great spot in Roxburgh. Owners are great folks who even helped me settle my bikes into the carport. Everything you need is provided and well cared for here. Yeah it’s an older motel but well kept and super clean! Lovely town with lots to do. Biking! Food! Fruit!

Very characterful property with astonishing interior conversion from church-space to living-space and excellent outside deck with directional blinds. Fabulous hosting and a selection of foods and drinks available for purchase. Great heating and cooling systems too. Easy walk into Millar's Flat and very convenient for the cycle trails. Comfortable and livable space to stay in.

    I liked the living room area which was spacious and cozy when snow was on the hills across the other side of the river. I liked that there was a full kitchen with almost any utensils you need to create meals. A full size bath was available with shower and heating. Great play area for kids if you have them and I could park beside my cottage.

    Enjoyed the opportunity of staying in a 100 yr plus cottage and learning it's history. Heaters in lounge and bedroom so soon warmed up, well equipped kitchen and had the best shower. Close to the Clutha River so possible to walk into township of Roxburgh alongside river.
