We stayed for 6 nights. We loved where it was situated. We loved the path which was quiet and in the middle of nature. The rooms were spotless and brand new Arnold was so nice kind and organized boat trips and bus to Puerto Princessa for us. . Rosemary cooked a lovely french omelette for us and did all our laundry. It was our best stay in the Phillipines. Thank you all for being so welcoming . Hope you have great success in the business Arnold.

My favorite in San Vicente. In a little fishing village with a beautiful view out the room window and balcony. It's on a white sand beach that offers good swimming. Jay and his wife were excellent hosts. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with a nice flat screen TV. Internet was fast also. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from town with restaurants. I highly recommend this place. We will return again soon.

The location is amazing - the beautiful coconut framed beach, with not many people around. Some boat tours come and go every now and then, but mostly we felt like the only people on that beach, apart from some fishermen families. The sea was super-clean, it was supposed to be jellyfish season, but there were very few of them around. The beach house is spacious and comfortable, Erica, the caretaker, is a great cook. She and Aica, the manager, are very helpful with organizing tours, etc., on the last night Erica and Regi, her husband, also organized a beautiful bonfire. The place is absolutely idyllic, magical. Unforgettable. Probably the best beach we have ever stayed at. Absolutely recommended. PS. The internet is decent, possible to work.

Great location and value! Ustaris is very welcoming and helpful. She makes sure the kitchen has drinking water at all times and she helped us with our laundry. We stayed for four nights and by the second night she asked if we wanted the room cleaned with new towels and bedding sheets. We enjoyed staying here and making fruit shakes in the morning before heading to the beach.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in San Vicente, The Overlook is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.
