Location was great. Walking distance to everything we needed, like grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Great size and perfect for our family. Loved having the washer and dryer. Fresh linens and towels provided half way through our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is very good for a couple to stay or family if the owner provide a aditional bed as apartment is big. The apartment is new and in city center o Funchal Where you can find all good atraction of Madeira just by fill minutes city walk. The light and ventilation in the partment is great. If you like to be in city center but no high noise this place is for you. Also if you are tall and have problems to find comfortable beds to sleep and showers with right high too you, you gonna find in this apartment.

The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean, the area was quiet. There are large supermarkets in the area ( walking distance). We found free parking not too far from the apartment, there are always a couple of empty parking spots. The owner left us a bottle of Madeiran wine on the table. That was really nice 🙂 Everything you need is in the apartment. Will definitely book again if we ever come back to Madeira 🙂

    This house is with special atmosphere created by location itself as well as by paintings, photos and even library inside. It is located not far from the forest zone, so the air is very fresh and pleasant to breath. There is furniture to sit outside the house. Many things are available for cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine works perfectly. The host is super responsive and helpful. Honestly, living there was feeling like a king :)

    We had a great stay in Quinta das Faias. The house is very cosy and cute, surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers and tropical fruit trees. It is also very comfortable with well-equipped kitchen and a fireplace that we could use. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful.

    Very nice little house, close to Funchal by car (15-20 min) or any other activity on the island. It is good for 2 people, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is really beautiful. Wood is even provided for the barbecue. The host is really nice and will give you nice tips for the things to visit on the island. He also provides a shuttle to the airport (that you'll need to pay extra), but be aware that you need to rent a car to visit the island (buses and taxis are there but it can be complicated and/or expensive to rely on them).

    The wonderful garden. It was really amazing. The house was well equiped as well, we liket hte kitchen very much. It was easy to reach with car but the bus stop is also very close. There are some shopping options and restaurants close to the house (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery). The owner is helpful and kind. And the welcome present was very nice.
