The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town of Spa, with easy access to parking where you can safely leave your car. The apartment has everything you need, making the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Even though the bedroom faces the street, the great renovation and soundproofing made it completely quiet at night. Justine was super responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

To add: the house is very warm in the winter months. We stayed 4 nights in mid December. We found the kitchen and the other facilities very high quality and in good shape. On all days, there was a parking place in front of the house or max 10 meters away. We, therefore, did not have to use the garage (which was available to use if we wanted). The bedrooms were extremely quiet. No noise from outside or from neighbouring houses.
