This apartment offers free private parking and full-day security. lovely, bright and brand new studio apartment (we rented 2 and they were both great). all modern and with new furnishings, well equipped kitchen and nice place to relax in the evening. separate bathrooms, again all newly fitted out. you can also use the pool, sauna/steam rooms and spa at Borovets Hills hotel (directly opposite). there was a small extra charge but we’ll worth it. our hosts were great, very helpful and they checked in on us during the week. you can ski in/out to Yastrabets lift (about 5 - 10 mins to make your way to the slope with your skis on) it was very quiet, only half the apartments on our floor were in use (and it was half term). lots of parking as well if you drive.

It's a delightful experience! It is the second time we stayed here and we consider it our "home" for when we come to Borovets. Affordable price, cozy and warm atmosphere, a full mini apartment attic just like the photos! It is a equipped with everything you might need and even more, toaster, boiler, even an eggs cooker, tea, sugar, salt..(the only thing missing was some coffee although there eas a coffee machine). The location is also nice, just 15 minutes from Borovets, in the city of samokov, and there is free parking just below the apartment. Generally a very good experience!

The details inside the apartment are amazing - you know how little things make you feel cozy and home. It is bigger in person than on the photos, my personal opinion, the terrace is magnificent! Love the flowers, the view is amazing, bed is sooooo comfortable 🤍 The owners are great people, warm and friendly. We will be back soon!

Offering a garden and garden view, NICE STUDIO in "BOROVETS GARDENS" hotel is set in Borovets, 47 km from Park Vitosha and 42 km from Gate of Trajan. The landlord, Mr. Bojidar, is a wonderful host. When I told him the central heating wasn't working, he immediately turned on the radiators, and our apartment became wonderfully warm. One morning, my car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. I told Bojidar, and he immediately took care of it, doing everything necessary and helping me change the battery. The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. In short, both the apartment and the landlord, Bojidar, were wonderful.
