Everything is perfect. The room is so amazing and makes me surprised! The staffs are so nice and friendly!Tell us many tips. We just stay only one day and we all think we should stay longer! We went to the mountains next morning and have no time to have nice breakfast. I texted the message on wazapp to the hotel. They prepared the breakfast for all of us so that we couldn take them to the train! We were so moving and appreciated! If we could go back here. I would definitely choose this hotel!

Joel is a friendly and kind host. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed including a dish washer, stove hobs, even a washing machine (although we did not use it). There was a huge balcony where we could sit down and look at the sunset at (a part of) Matterhorn. Thank you for the welcome gift too!

We had an issue where our luggage wheels broke and he tried multiple ways to help us out. The studio itself was compact and had everything we expected and more. It is also right in between the city center and the lift to the Matterhorn, so it fit our needs perfectly
