Nice attentional like a bottle of water on the room upon arrival which was good after a long trip and no chance to visit a local supermarket. Room became available earlier than we expected so we got an early checkin which was great. Room is great for a shorter or longer stay also location wise in the middel of Murcia everything is within walking distance.

You can park in the basement car park of the building for about 13 euros per day, but there is also free parking about five minutes walk away near the university, which we took advantage of. The area seemed safe for leaving your car overnight, and we didn't have a problem.
