We came to see the 24 hours of Le Mans and the location is the right compromise between distance to the circuit (if you have a car, it’s 40km), price and quality. The owner is very nice and always available if you need something.

Le char'Mans appartement cosy proche gare et tram, a property with a garden, is set in Le Mans, 300 metres from Le Mans Train Station, 1.1 km from Louis-Aragon Multimedia Library, as well as less than... The check in was straightforward and the flat was really clean with a tasteful decoration. The rooms are really spacious! Love the fact that it was at a walking distance to the Train station and to the City centre when you know the shortcuts

Situated in Le Mans in the Pays de la Loire region, with Le Mans Train Station and Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans nearby, L'Arbre de Vy - T2 42m2 indépendant, 5 pers, garage, proche Gare... Very clean and modern apartment in a quiet area. Parking right by the apartment and access procedure was very simple. Coffee, tea, and chilled water provided. Towels clean and plentiful. Host had taken note of our booking details and set the accommodation up to sleep all five of us.

It’s well managed clean has everything you need. Excellent choice of games the children were very happy we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but am planning too in the future
