We had to make a very last minute resevation however the property was already very clean and ready. We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

A peaceful, private spot with a huge garden and beautiful river views. The property felt fresh and well-equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for two nights to revisit the local zoo, just a 10-minute drive away and it was the perfect base. Relaxing and secure, we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellent with all the facilities, very clean and with very good atmosphere. we spend a very good time and with the pet ( cat ) . Particularliy the owner was very good. we had a very good time.

Very close and easy walk to both abbeys. Clean and well equipped. Isabelle gave excellent and very clear instructions to enter and leave the property. I would recommend this accommodation highly and would stay again. It was very good value for money.

Very clean and modern apartment in a quiet area. Parking right by the apartment and access procedure was very simple. Coffee, tea, and chilled water provided. Towels clean and plentiful. Host had taken note of our booking details and set the accommodation up to sleep all five of us.

Excellent choice of games the children were very happy we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but am planning too in the future
