Well located in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi City, Luxury Inn Grand Residences is located less than 1 km from Medical University Metro Station, 4.3 km from Boris Paichadze Dinamo Arena and 4.4 km... I stayed in a cozy room on the 5 th floor, and to my surprise, it had a lovely balcony with a view of the Tbilisi. Every morning, I’d sit there with a cup of coffee, enjoying the peaceful view before heading out for the day. The room itself was simple but beautifully decorated with touches of local art, making it feel unique and full of character.

The admin Sargy is such a nice, kind and interesting person. The price is pretty good for the facilities offered. From the get-go, you’re given information about where to eat, how to navigate the city, where to buy essentials and so on. The internet works well and the beds are well maintained. I am returning again for the rest of my remaining days in Tbilisi :)

We rented a 2 BR apartment for 2 nights. Archil and his family were wonderful to interact with and were very open to helping us make this trip worthwhile. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Tbilisi.
