This recently renovated apartment is located 600 metres from Ploce Gate and 200 metres from Onofrio's Fountain. The apartment features family rooms. The location was AMAZING. It’s steps from the Pile gate and there are only about 6- 8 steps down from street level which aren’t bad. We saw people staying in old town where you had to climb 70 steps just to get to your place. It was very clean and the owner Marko was very helpful and kind. They provided water, fresh fruit and some snacks. I know this may sound crazy to some, but they had soft toilet paper, which after 10 days of sandpaper toilet paper, it was so wonderful. I was a little bit skeptical of all of the amazing reviews that I saw about this place but I can confirm that they are all accurate! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, clean apartment in a great location, just a short walk away from the Old Town area. The apartment also offers free private parking in a nearby lot, which was a huge plus for us. There is a large paid lot right behind the apartment building as well, so it's also convenient to park there before check-in and after checkout. Mia, the host, provided detailed instructions on where to park, how to self check-in, and offered great recommendations around town. She was also very communicative and responsive both before and during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing time in Split and would definitely recommend staying here!

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. The apartment was amazing & looked like it was newly built. It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. Everything was super clean and in order. The best part of the stay was the host. Morena was an amazing host. She got in touch with us before we arrived to ensure that we had no issues finding the place. She even offered to give us an airport pick-up which we didn't need as we were driving. She was there to receive us when we arrived. She gave us recommendations for the local restaurants and groceries (which were really close). We wanted a recommendation for a good beach close by for kids and she gave us a great recommendation for a small town called Cavtat, which was a 5-minute drive from her place. The only thing is that the apartment is a 30-minute drive from Dubrovnik's old town, this was perfect for us as we were driving but I don't know if there was any other public transport to get to/from Dubrovnik. For us, it was a great experience.
