Matilde was an excellent host and the communication before and during the stay was awesome. she managed to accomodate for all our needs are we are very grateful. Appartment and Facilities: the flat was spaceous with big rooms and great balcony with stunning port view. all the ammendments you need you get: washing machine, tabs, coffee machine, dyson vaccum, and it was stocked with all first hand utilities by the host: even branded beach towels, bag and flip flops. the whole buidling is brand new and very modern. Cleanliness: spotless clean not only the appartment but the whole buidling. we also got a mid-stay clean which was nicely arranged and very considerate of our time. Location: excellent! 2 minutes to coop,. 5 min to the beach and 10min walking to city centre. despite being so central, it is very quiet at night

Had all the utilities we needed. The washing machine is a great hit. Perfectly clean. Everything is brand new Location: cannot be better. 3min from the beach and right on the pedestrian street (from 8pm onwards). But very quiet at night. 10min to city centre. Many restaurants and shops just outside Check in and check out at hotel maxim was quick and easy

The location was right in the centre of Caorle, the apartment of very high standard with all comodities. The host very friendly and available to assist any info or extra needs. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would reccomend.
