It deserves a 10/10 for its proximity to the beach and city center, there is just 5 min walk, the appartment is new, well restored, kitchen has all appliances you can imagine to feel you like home, there is even a washing machine, patio for eating outside, no noise outside, close there is a free public parking.

I had the pleasure of staying at Palazzo Marchetti for 6 nights, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need – from fresh towels and clean bed linen to a fully functional kitchen where we prepared breakfast every morning. There was even coffee provided, which was a lovely touch. We also had access to a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies – it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that guest comfort was a top priority. The location is perfect – close to everything important in Ancona, yet peaceful and relaxing. Our host, Margherita, was absolutely wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed.

She sent us detailed PDFs by email with recommendations for beaches and activities in the area, as well as great local places to eat. Thanks to her tips, we discovered some amazing spots we would’ve otherwise missed. We even decided to extend our stay by one more night, and she kindly arranged everything so we could keep the same room. Everything was perfect – we honestly have nothing to complain about. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
