He reached out days before we arrived with necessary check in details. He personally greeted us on arrival and on departure. His service was excellent. There is such a difference in a property that is managed by owners as you get that personal experience. There was also a personal greeting for us in the apartment. The apartment was spacious with all amenities. The bed, pillow and towels were all of excellent quality. The location was close to several restaurants that could be walked to. On our three trip through Italy this was the best place we have stayed! If I could rate higher than 10/10 I would.

The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Our room had a kitchenette which came in handy. In the warmer, there is a great pool and one can swim in the lake as well.
