Location was excellent ... lots of amenities nearby ie. Carrefour for anything you might need and a Patisserie Bar for an excellent coffee and breakfast treat. Getting to and from the old town and the waterfront and great shopping and restaurants was fabulous. We parked our car and never used it again until we left Como ... Our hostess Elena was superb ... always communicated with us, met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and gave us so much helpful information to make our stay an awesome one. The property is wonderful and spacious. A full kitchen and living room with a TV. The bathroom is a good size and even has a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

Bus stops near it. The first floor is convenient for people who is difficult to climb many stairs for. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a long stay and furnished with a good taste. The host speaks english and is very responsive and flexible, if possible (Thank you, Mario). You can find extra gestures of hospitality inside, which is impressive and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend the place.

Everything, except the access to the car parking, which was a bit problematic mainly due to ignoring the directions I got. The apartment is located in the center of town, about 200m Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, super comfortable, well decorated and equipped - just as described. And above all, the help of Alex, the property manager was exceptional.
