The bathroom is the biggest we’ve had in Japan! 7-10 mins walk from Kyoto station. The bus stops are close. There is an underground mall below Yodabashi you can walk on the way to Kyoto station. There’s a family mart around the corner, walkable in 2 mins. There were 2 washing machines and dryers which were handy, and the staff would even change the coins for you if needed. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies from Sapporo and Taiwan.
