Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

Tradewinds Apartments Simpson Bay is set in Simpson Bay and features a pool with a view and sea views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. We loved the room, the cat which named welcome, the pool. It was clean, friendly staff and very helpful.
