We had communicated our arrival time and were greeted by Emmanuel immediately after our arrival at reception. He led us directly to our large brand new luxury suite, fully equipped with modern electrical equipment (such as washing machine and dryer), with beautiful views from the rooms that differ depending on the room you are in. You can enjoy a sunrise or sunset, a beautiful golf course and a view of the French part of St. Marten, depending on the room you are in. There are several suites available and they differ from each other in terms of views, furnishings, but all suites also differ in theme in terms of decor and color. It is therefore important that you contact the manager after you have booked and indicate your specific wishes if you have certain expectations. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a spacious gym and very large pool with facilities. The beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away and has various food and drink posibilities as well as water sports activities. The photos speak for themselves. In short, an excellent stay, perfect location and highly recommended!!!

Condostmaarten by the sea -Adults Only- ligger i Koolbaai, 2,5 km från Little Bay Beach, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering och tillgång till en trädgård med en utomhuspool. The condo was on a very nice, quiet beach with perfect, turquoise water. The steps down to the beach were steep but no problem for us. The bed was excellent, kitchen was adequate, with fridge, coffee makers, stovetop and microwave. The terrace was fantastic, with glass walls we could see through and see the beach. It had lounge chairs and a hanging chair that I loved. The host contacted me soon after we made the reservation and was available by telephone for questions and for our arrival. There was a nice swimming pool that overlooked the sea and shaded area to sit in lounge chairs. The condo was on Indigo Bay, which is about a 10 minute drive to the town of Philipsburg and about 10 minutes the other direction to the airport. Google Maps didn't give us entirely correct directions, but we found the place without much trouble. We could have called the concierge, Charles, as he was very helpful, but my friend recognized the building from photos so we found Marina Terrace without help. There was snorkeling equipment we could use and nice big beach towels in addition to bath and hand towels.

Everything was amazing: location, în a green, fantastic complex of villas, restaurants, cafes, 750m away from beautiful beach. Place was very clean and spatious.

Les Galets had everything we needed and our host Severine was very nice and helpful. The property is located near everything we wanted to be near, yet was very quiet and secluded in a good way.

Direct contact with the owner, clear instructions about the whereabout of the appartment. Appartment itself was clean and tidy. Availability to two pools and the beach. Around the corner there is a supermarket to get your daily groceries as well several restaurants for a nice dinner out.

Nestled on Simpson Bay in Phillipsburg, St. Maarten, this hotel offers spacious suite-style accommodations with stunning views of the ocean, as well as a variety of enjoyable activities. Everything was all on one property.. didn’t have to leave to go and do anything unless it was something the shop didn’t have selling

SEA NOVA Friar's Bay Beachfront Properties ligger 17 minuters promenad från Plage des Amoureux och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en balkong och gratis WiFi. This is the perfect place for people who like to be in less touristy places. I’m sad I didn’t spend longer here before moving to the Dutch side. Josette was super helpful and went above and beyond on my first day & as a solo woman traveller her help meant a lot!! The room is incredible , tastefully decorated spacious and you can hear the ocean from the room. I loved listening to the ocean whilst reading on my balcony and seeing the horse on the field below. Can’t fault it! Make sure you check out Gutside cafe which is a 10 min walk away & Kalis on friars bay. I didn’t have a car and was still able to move around easily with taxis. Felt safe enough to walk around 6/7am to the beach which was empty and peaceful!
