Located in São João, within 13 km of Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, Valdivia Homes 2 - Principe offers accommodation with air conditioning. Very well thought out wooden cabin just out of the main road in Príncipe. Decoration and attention to detail. The place is equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Really enjoyed the stay!

Set in Santo António in the Principe Island region, Valdivia Homes -Príncipe features a garden. I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay on Príncipe. It‘s just as beautiful as in the pictures and Bracino, the dog, is the sweetest addition to this home you could imagine. Rita regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property manager Joaquin was super helpful. Every morning, he brought us fresh fruit from the farm. ❤️ It‘s just a ~7-10min drive from the biggest town on the island and Rita has many recommendations for restaurants. There’s also a beach within walking distance.

Kingfisher- Principe is located in Santo António. The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site... Kingfisher, Wow. A dream destination with it's dream accomodation. There isn't one thing that we would of changed. In the most beautiful setting surrounded by nature and with the most beautiful view. We were lucky enough to have the monkeys visit early morning, such an amazing experience. The local beach is only a 5 min walk away and it's lovely and calm to have a nice refreshing dip. The owner Rita was very responsive and helpful with anything we asked. She gave us such great information which was greatly appreciated. Then there's Joaquim, what a man. He looks after the property for Rita. He can arrange anything you need on the island as he has many contacts. One of the tours we took was one of the best experiences we've had as a couple. He brought us papaya and bananas during our stay as well which were delicious. He's such a friendly man as are all of the people on Principe. Featuring sea views, Casa Mãe - Inn offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 8.4 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Casa do Rio is set in Nova Cuba. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Staff was friendly and always happy to help! AC was a nice to have. Electric bikes available were great to visit some nearby beaches.
