The accommodation is non-smoking. what can i say, we loved it!!!, great for kids in the pool,,,, totally secure ,at first i though it was a bit out of the way of the main beach area but the local taxi service was excellent, regular driver even took us round trip to see all the local sights for a small fee, communication with host was brilliant and very helpful from start to finish, Cha Am is a fabulous place I wish I had time to stay longer , will definitely be returning, restaurants, food etc plentiful and no hustle and bustle, if you like to do your own cooking all facilities are there Ploy Pool Villa gets 5 stars form me

This is a great place to stay! Pool, Fully equipped kitchen, pool table, Karaoke system, Big TV, 3 big bedroom with comfortable beds and a very nice staff that is very helpful. I was there with my wife and my daughter with her family. The villa is well maintained and no point to complain. The owner was easily reachable by booking messager and we got instant reply whenever there was a question.
