Situated in Ko Samed and with Sai Kaew Beach reachable within 700 metres, The Cocoon Hostel features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. I booked this hostel based on the reviews I had seen, and I couldn't agree more with them. The owner of the hostel is amazing, he's really dedicated to the travellers, he gives really good advice when asked and needed. He knows many good places on the island and has even made a website that allows you to not overthink where to go during your stay and just rely on it. He even invited us to go on a hike with the backpackers that were staying there too, and it allowed us to meet and bond all while discovering the island. Everything has been thought in detail from the breakfast area to the bathroom supplies, it makes it all very convenient. I overall really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this cozy home sized hostel!

Located in Ko Samed, just a few steps from Sai Kaew Beach, The Present Samed pool villa provides beachfront accommodation with a private beach area, pool with a view, a terrace and free WiFi. The villa was beautiful inside and out. Khun Danah (spelling?) was a fantastic concierge; he took care of everything we needed from sunrise to sunset. We were a family of 4, well under the capacity of the villa. this would be a great place for a family reunion or multiple couples as each bedroom has a full bathroom. 20 beach chairs with umbrellas are available for the villa's private use. Khun Danah main task is to keep others from using them. free kayaking is also available. The pool is absolutely wonderful and can be shaded by retractable tarp. we booked the Present Samed private speed boat, they picked us up at parking lot and shuttled us to the private boat and provided a song tao truck from pier to villa and reverse for departure. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally. It is on the expensive side, but it was worth it for a once in a lifetime splurge.

Beautiful little condo with enough basic amenities to meet our needs. Its location is close to the pier so we could just walk there after getting off the boat. The property is clean and looks exactly as advertised.

Perfect spacious house, extremely clean, fresh and pleasant, on a nice quiet street, very close to everything: the pier (5 minutes walk), two different beaches, restaurants, markets. The owner is a very kind and helpful lady, she offered to clean the house for free in the middle of our stay and took care of our transportation by taxi back to the pier. Just a wonderful place and a wonderful landlady: thank you very much, dear Nok, for your hospitality!
