The hotel is excellent, the reception is excellent. Note. They just need to improve the cleaning service. The cleaning staff aren't pleasant and grumpy. Not all of us had a very unpleasant elderly Asian woman.

Located in the centre of downtown Toronto, this 4-star Sheraton is located across the street from Nathan Phillips Square, a 5-minute walk from CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Parking was very simple and convenient. The concierge at check in was welcoming and personable. The rooms were very spacious and clean with an incredible view! They were able to honor our request of an adjoining room, which our kids loved. Very family friendly. The pool looked amazing and we can’t wait to come back and try it out!

Conveniently situated inside Pearson International Airport, this Mississauga hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 and just a short ride on the Airport Link Train to Terminal 1. The location is in T3, small train can go other terminals, no lates will happen if worry about missing the airplanes.It is very clean, food are so delicious with reasonable price, excellent experience.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes' drive from Toronto Pearson International Airport and a free shuttle service is available to all guests. The food, room, facilities, location, staff, and shuttle service were all excellent!

The place was clean and quiet, close to transport and some shops within easy walking distance. The staff were great.
