Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of emerging commercial hub and primer residential area in South Jakarta, 2.8 km from MRT Blok M and 3 km from MRT Blok A. Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. Thank you to everyone at this hotel 🙏

The first five-star urban resort within the vicinity of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel exemplifies the brand’s signatures to create an environment where guests can feel comfortable... Very comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Very polite staff, very willing to help in every matter. 10 minutes drive from the airport. As we left very early didn’t have a chance to attend breakfast but I’m sure it was perfect too.
