Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of emerging commercial hub and primer residential area in South Jakarta, 2.8 km from MRT Blok M and 3 km from MRT Blok A. Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. The first five-star urban resort within the vicinity of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel exemplifies the brand’s signatures to create an environment where guests can feel comfortable... We were only there for a few hours in between flights - enough time for a nap, dinner and a swim in the pool. Facilities were great and the staff were amazing - super friendly and accommodating. We'd go back to Jakarta just to stay there for longer than five hours!
