The staff were friendly and attentive (thanks to Pak Hilmansyah), always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The first five-star urban resort within the vicinity of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel exemplifies the brand’s signatures to create an environment where guests can feel comfortable... Very comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Very polite staff, very willing to help in every matter. 10 minutes drive from the airport. As we left very early didn’t have a chance to attend breakfast but I’m sure it was perfect too.
