They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.

The first five-star urban resort within the vicinity of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel exemplifies the brand’s signatures to create an environment where guests can feel comfortable... Very comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Very polite staff, very willing to help in every matter. 10 minutes drive from the airport. As we left very early didn’t have a chance to attend breakfast but I’m sure it was perfect too.
