Our stay in Die Wasnerin Hotel exceeded our expectations starting with a warm welcome, lovely and professional staff specially Ms. Sabrina in the front desk, amazing room view, very good breakfast buffet, very special dinner and excellent facilities. Easy check in , the appartement was really so clean ans big , there was crib as we requested , the kitchen was nice and everything was there so u can cook for yourself , free parking , calm place . the view from the living room and the balcony is amazing, it’s 25 min by car to Hallstatt so we were happy to book far from the noise of the tourists there , better to do some grocery if u wanna cook bcz there is just one small shop close to the gas station otherwise everything was so nice and good , will definitely come back again

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful property near Hallstatt. The views from our balcony were incredible — mountains, pastures, and the Alps — the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee. The location was ideal: just 10–15 minutes from the nearby lakes and about 20 minutes to Hallstatt, making it easy to explore the whole area. The chalet was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we even cooked dinner one evening. The host was warm and welcoming, greeting us with a bottle of wine and some olive oil — such a thoughtful gesture. It quiet at night and perfect for stargazing! Lots of biking and walking trails around as well. We truly loved our stay and would happily return!

Cleanliness and professional courtesy of employees, especially in checking in and out. Employees in exercise facilities were very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was very good in restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Parking was good and not too far to walk.

It was all so beautiful from the room, the view, the pool and the village. Excellent breakfast. Quite the spread I must say. Very helpful staff. I even got picked up and taken back to the train station. The spa treatments were heavenly as were the pool and the saunas. Definitely another highlight of my 15 days traveling around Europe.
