We came back to Sonnwendhof third time and it is always perfect! It is perfect welcoming, great rooms and astonishing views, very close to everything you might need, amazing breakfast with multiple choices and some very local products. I like how everything is decorated in the hotel and how ladies working at the hotel care about their guests. It is definitely one of the best family hotels in Switzerland. Engelberg guest card would be timely arranged. Free parking in front of the hotel. I guess we forgot to pay for the city taxi before leaving but my card was charged without any unnecessary stress.

Melanie is a really good host and she kept us informed about the entire process right from collecting the keys to the facilities in the property to the places to visit and even the check out! Her house is located in a very beautiful location and is very cozy from inside with great interiors. The house gives a modern feel.
