The challet is super comfortable, well equiped and charming, perfect for large groups It has great views and is super close to Andermatt. There was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. We had a wonderful time!

The staffs were extremely kind. Left a bag at a train station and helped me find the bag. Also was about to miss a train but the staff helped me bringing my lugguage to the train station. Room was great and location is outstanding.

Our meals were delicious and the chef took Into account for 2 of our children’s food allergies. The location and views were amazing. Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Amazing stuff and very friendly, the hotel is amazing also and very luxury, its designed by Japanese designer, very nice hotel for relaxing. And last thing the house keeping is really nice and they work as a team they clean every thing in less than half hour !
