The property has been very responsive both via booking and by phone. The staff was composed, helpful, and considerate. It was our first visit but they made us (dog included) feel welcome. Cleanliness was spot on both in the room and common areas. Stay at the hotel restaurant as the chef develops and executes daily excellent menus. The location is perfect for hiking as many trails start directly from the doorstep.

The hotel is just outside the gondolas, so you can't be closer to the main entrance to Oeschinensee. There is a comfortable parking and we were positively surprised by the quality of the restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a large park. You will find a cheerful and familiar atmosphere combined with the best Swiss hotel tradition.

The location is perfect with the view of the mountains. The apartment was so cosy and spacious, well equipped and the many fur carpets made it feel so warm and comfy. We slept like babies. We had a dinner to the most beautiful view.
