The location is great, and they have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the concierge services are impeccable! The breakfast is pretty good with a nice Buffett and egg station with a chef to cook your eggs. The shops on the first and second floors are nice and have some interesting options! Amazing views from the lakeside rooms! The wine tasting areas 20 minutes away by car are excellent!

We met Michael at the location specified and he took us to the apartment and told us how everything worked. The apartment was easy to access via elevator and the apartment looked exactly like the photo on Booking.com. The one new item was the sleeper sofa which was new and super comfy! The location was very central and right in front of a bus stop so we had no problem going to the Chateau or Vevey. We would stay here again.
