Clean and excellently equipped, opposite the Christmas Market and surrounded by many restaurants. I liked the speed of response and answering all our inquiries, and of course we will be back.

The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

We were made very welcome at this beautiful hotel. Our room had a fantastic view over Lake Geneva and to the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast room also had this fantastic view and the food was outstanding. We dined in the restaurant both nights and the food was first class. We were given a Pass that gave us discounts and free transport. Our host made us feel very much "at home".
