The best hosts I've met in Switzerland and in general. Caring, kind, nice and from the heart and not because it was necessary. The location is excellent, near the train and bus station. The room is clean (including sheets and towels) also the toilet and shower. Excellent breakfast, they made an effort since I'm vegan. Highly recommended!!!!!

Everything! Starting with the girl from the reception, Ana from the bar, the owners, the raclette we had at the restaurant 🫶 the room was clean and cosy! The location is the best! You can take the scenic train and go to St. Moritz!

Beautiful location, hiking and glacier right outside the door of the hotel! Free passes to sites and trains in the area made this stay an excellent value. We will be back!

Very good sleep, good mattresses, no noise from outside or other rooms. Extreme clean. Coffee and tee in the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, from restaurant staff to cleaning ladies to management. Location perfect being with a car and when you want to be outside the city, near the road but with no noise from it. The summer card included in the price from 2 nights is really a plus. Breakfast was very good, delicious fresh bread, cold cuts, fruit, eggs. We were doing late breakfast and then the room stayed a bit more relaxed as early birds started to go.

This hotel enjoys a secluded location in a car-free nature reserve, only 1.9 mi from the Roseg Glacier. A free pick-up service from the Pontresina Train Station is available upon request.
