This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December

The indoor pools and the outdoor jacuzzi were the highlights of our stay. The view in the morning was also breathtaking (I recommend a room with a view to the Matterhorn).

The family-run Bristol hotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

The Matterhorn view rooms have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff is all very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle and will pick you up from the train station. They have have a luggage storage area and we’re even kind enough to allow me to store my luggage for the night prior to checking in while I stayed at the igloo village on the mountain.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the Matterhorn and also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and comfortable, you even get a new delicious little treat each day which is a nice touch. The smell, the spa/pool, breakfast, dinners, ambiance and pet friendly made this hotel a must for our family. We will continue to make this hotel a yearly visit for our family trip to zermatt.

I enjoy the location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast. The embellishments at every nook are incredibly antique. It was so artistic that I clicked on every section. We enjoyed the balcony, which was decorated traditionally with gorgeous flower plants.

We could have greatly appreciated the beauty of Zermatt from just inside the house. The location is just right, not too far from the center of the town and we take that as an opportunity to do some light exercise to go into the town for shopping.

The Zermatt Budget Rooms are underground and come with free WiFi and TV, a 5-minute walk away from the Sunnegga Cable Car and the Glacier Express.

Hotel with several buildings and spa within walking distance from train station (5 mins, both SBB and Gornergrat). We received free upgrade of the room with balcony and Matterhorn view. Very nice spa with approx. 15m pool, whirlpool, saunas..., we were almost alone there (20:00-21:30). Good breakfast and helpful staff.
