I love the resort and location. It is walkable from the zermatt station but also comes with an option of a mini shuttle running from 7am to 9pm at a call from the station central. I also love the entertainment, pool and spa which I can do within the resort. Staff were friendly as well! Had an opportunity to try out their Hornox restaurant and I think the food were pretty good. …and would like to thank the hotel for the thoughtful ‘gift’ as well! :)

The Matterhorn view rooms have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff is all very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle and will pick you up from the train station. They have have a luggage storage area and we’re even kind enough to allow me to store my luggage for the night prior to checking in while I stayed at the igloo village on the mountain.

Overall is excellent. We really love the room which is well designed with great facility & panoramic view. The breakfast is marvelous. The view from our balcony is breathtaking. Would recommend the room number 406. The kitchen & equipment are beyond expected.

We can see the Matterhorn view from the apartment!! And this apartment is so comfortable and so lovely. Actually, we were stuck here for two more nights because of the snowstorm, but this place is still really comfortable – it was a real shelter during a difficult time. And Marion, the owner, is so lovely! She made everything convenient for us and kept us updated on the situation constantly. Thank you so much for everything; we've had a beautiful adventure here, a truly unforgettable experience.

Everything! Lobby, room, staff, breakfast, environment and cleaning were all perfect! Even I could not use all facilities, room was so clean, spacious and there was everything we need. It was like a 5 star stay btw.
