We stay from November 1-4. When we arrive, we just be informed by receptionist that “tee room” is just an apartment that like Airbnb (even they didn’t mention anything on booking website) So we can’t except room services like “clean the room”, which we need to do it by ourselves or we should pay extra fee for it That’s also mean the garbage in room we also need to handle by ourselves. The receptionist also told us that we are lucky one that we have towels, bathrobes, and two rolls of toilet paper. Some of rooms even don’t have these things, and if anyone needs it, should pay for every towel for 200 CZK. And she said nowadays so many places are like that even hotel. We traveled almost 20 countries and visited over 50 hotels, this hotel is the only case. We really disagree with excuse.
