The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

Apartments are in a great location next to restaurants yet the windows face a quiet park. It is close to the great Krkonoše history museum (run by KRNAP). Bus stops are nearby for convenient travel to many hiking trailheads around Krkonoše. Check-in was super convenient even with our Sunday arrival when their office was closed. The apartment was new, squeaky clean, and had a very comfortable bed.
